The hotel had a great location and friendly staff who were very accommodating. Rooms were clean but a bit small, and the dining experience could use more variety, especially for meat options at breakfast. Overall, it felt comfortable and welcoming, ideal for those exploring Jerusalem.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The staff were super friendly and always eager to help, especially at meals. We enjoyed visiting the Mamilla Mall and the Arab Souk Market. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still cozy. Highly recommend for a fun group trip!
The bar was not staffed at times, especially when there were no tour groups, which was a bit inconvenient.

Exceptional Staff and Delicious Breakfast!
I had a lovely stay for three nights in a Superior Room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options, including freshly prepared pastries and vibrant fruits. The location is peaceful yet within a short walk to major attractions. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement, as I found it difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably.

The Superior Room was pretty cozy and clean. It had a fridge and some cute welcome treats, which was nice. The bed was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was the comfiest. The room wasn’t huge, but it had everything we needed. Just a heads-up—the toilet in one of the rooms had some issues, and the shower handle wasn't really secure, so that was frustrating.
