I had a lovely stay for three nights in a Superior Room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options, including freshly prepared pastries and vibrant fruits. The location is peaceful yet within a short walk to major attractions. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement, as I found it difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably.

The Superior Room was pretty cozy and clean. It had a fridge and some cute welcome treats, which was nice. The bed was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was the comfiest. The room wasn’t huge, but it had everything we needed. Just a heads-up—the toilet in one of the rooms had some issues, and the shower handle wasn't really secure, so that was frustrating.

the location of prima is perfect, close to everything. the rooms are cozy, and we had a lovely stay. the staff, especially adi during breakfast, made us feel special. free access to the spa was a great bonus for relaxation.
